All players who sign to the Bundle Reload must agree to the follow and agree to the terms of service before starting the program.

All players booking lessons, purchasing packages, or using vouchers with Bundle Reload Golf must agree to the following terms of service.

Bundle Reload Terms & Conditions

Effective from 1 May 2026

Acceptance of Terms

All players who sign up to Bundle Reload, book lessons, purchase packages, or use vouchers with Bundle Reload Golf must read and agree to these Terms & Conditions before starting the program or using any service.

By making a booking, purchasing a package, or taking part in the program, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.

Existing Members Before 1 May 2026

These updated Terms & Conditions do not apply to players currently on an active Bundle Reload program. Your existing terms will remain in place until your current program ends.

The updated Terms & Conditions will apply when you sign up again after your current program has finished.

If you have lessons remaining at the end of your current program, any credit will be applied in line with your original agreement.

Bundle Reload Program Terms

  • Bundle Reload cannot be redeemed in 90-minute sessions.

  • Bundle Reload must be used within 12 weeks from the first session.

  • Bundle Reload may be placed on hold only with a medical certificate from a GP.

  • No credit, refund, or transfer will be given for any lessons left unused after the 12-week period has expired.

Bundle Reload Renewal

    • Players renewing within 12 weeks have a 3-week grace period before starting lessons. All lessons must begin within 4 weeks of sign-up.
    • To qualify for the renewal offer, payment must be made no later than one week after the Bundle Reload program ends.
    • After 6 months, any player who has completed a third program or more may rejoin for €499 and will no longer be eligible for the €399 renewal rate.
    • Players renewing after the Bundle Reload program ends have a maximum 3-4-week grace period before starting lessons, unless otherwise stated in their renewal offer. 

Lesson Attendance Policy

If a player does not attend a booked lesson:

  • The lesson will be deducted from their package, or

  • A €55 non-attendance fee will apply.

Supervised Session Attendance Policy

  • Any player who books a supervised session and does not attend will be charged a €25 fee.

General Terms

  • There are no refunds on any program once purchased.

  • It is the player’s responsibility to keep notifications turned on in the coaching app for updates relating to lessons, clinics, seminars, and program information.

  • Bundle Reload Golf reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will apply from the published effective date.

Agreement

By signing up, purchasing, or attending any Bundle Reload service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
